Congratulations to our labmate, Kosi Ezewudo, for presenting at the 2024 Undergraduate Summer Research REU Program (S-REU)! Kosi shared his work on “Generalized STARSEED for Hyphal Growth Image Analysis.” This work was in collaboration with Dr. Thomas Isakeit and Maxwell Sturdivant in the Department of Plant Pathology and Microbology.

Congratulations to our labmates, Akshatha Mohan and Joshua Peeples, for the paper acceptance to the IEEE/CVF Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition Workshop on Vision for Agriculture (V4A)! Angelina Ibarra selected for internship with Oceaneering International Inc.!
Congratulations to our labmate, Angelina Ibarra, for securing an internship with Oceaneering International Inc. for Summer 2024. Angelina will be a Software Engineering Intern in the ocean technology division. Her duties will include writing software for production, and test tools; testing software products; and learning about underwater technologies and how they relate to software design choices. She is excited to gain hands-on experience and learn from a company that specializes in ocean technologies.
